A Day to Celebrate the Strength of Our Team
On 17 July 2026, TECNOCON® brought together its entire team for another edition of the Summer Party, a special occasion dedicated to socialising, sharing experiences, and strengthening the bonds that make our company much more than just a workplace.
We believe that great achievements are the result of a motivated, united, and committed team. That is why we value moments like these, which strengthen our organisational culture and foster the team spirit that is present in every project we undertake.
A Day Full of Energy and Team Spirit
The day began with a hike to the iconic Senhora da Graça, a route marked by good spirits, camaraderie, and a close connection with nature.
At the same time, healthy competition took centre stage during a lively futsal tournament, where dedication, fair play, and plenty of fun were on full display.
During the afternoon, the relaxed atmosphere continued at our facilities, specially prepared to welcome the entire team in a space designed to celebrate another year of growth and achievement.
With table football matches, card games, checkers, great music, countless conversations, and a standing buffet lunch, everyone enjoyed moments of genuine connection, further strengthening the sense of unity that defines our company.
